H.D.O.- Happy Dale Asylum Collection agency, you find’em we bind’em.
Oskar- Wow, you guys are fast.
H.D.O.- Who’s the crazy one?
Oskar- CHARGE! (runs around the room and out the door)
Exit Oskar
H.D.O.- (mouths “him?” the others nod)
Exit Happy Dale Orderly, and Mrs. Zuckerman after Oskar

Janice- So, you’re not my doctor?
Lenard- Nope.
Janice- Thank goodness. (Embrace and kiss)

Mrs.- Oskar!? (Sees Janice) A Woman!? You know my rules. She should be out by 1:00, they don’t stay over, that’s the rule!
Oskar- You don’t understand, she’s the cable… girl.
Mrs.- You can afford cable but not rent?
Janice- Wait it’s not his apartment, it’s his. (Points at Lenard, who is hiding behind his frying pan.)
Mrs.- No it’s his (points at Oskar) and he’s getting evicted!
Janice- (to Lenard) Then you’re not the doctor, (points at Oskar) he—
Oskar- (blows a long raspberry) That’s right, I’m a doctor! And M
